About Me

Hi, I am Alka Judge , an Engineer at an EDA firm, since childhood I wanted to build something tiny , my comfort zone. I dreamt of a tiny lil hut in my own house. I never knew something named tiny houses already existed . 

This blog came out of from my experiences of the knowledge about tiny houses and attending the world conferences for the same. 

I started watching the series and tiny houses on TV around eight years back. I wondered that it is possible to live potentially in the small spaces . 

I related to the concept , when I got to live a an extremely small room , during my university years and I loved in that small space , this way I was aligned with the basics and managed to share the room with one of my roommates as well. 

Thus, I really bought the idea of tiny spaces with quality life . So, after these many years , I am looking out for the tiny house community that , I can connect with and understand the concept , it's characteristics more precisely. I will be sharing the information , that I am aware of and learn at the same time . 

I love the fact that we can give back to our society , by helping homeless people and those suffering from financial crisis by providing then them basic living units. This is my very first step towards the understanding and documenting whatever I learned through out .
